When will my tour be confirmed to go?

The tour group will be confirmed 24 hours before the departure time, please wait for the information mail. Thank you for your patience.

When will I get the detailed information?

The mail will be sent one day before the tour date to your email address written in the reservation, no later than 22:00. Please check the mailbox as well as the junk mailbox.

What is the gathering time?

Please return to the original order page or the voucher received from the booking platform for confirmation. We will also send a notification email to you one day before the tour date.

Where is the gathering place?

Please check the booking page for confirmation. You will also receive an information email one day before the tour.

Where could I check my itinerary? What will be included in my tour (meals, entrance tickets, etc.)? 

You can find your tour itinerary on the booking page, which will be listed clearly on the site.

For the Jiufen tour on holidays, you will need to transfer to a shuttle bus, and the bus fare is NT$15 for one way per person, which you will need to pay separately.

Can I bring luggage on the bus?

Everyone could bring a hand-carry with them. However, due to limited space on the vehicle, luggage can not be brought on board. We recommend that you store your luggage at your Hotel or use the paid lockers at the station.

Is there a way to contact the tour guide through any message Apps?

We kindly ask you to download our MyProGuide App on iOS/Android. The App also provides access to real-time customer service for one-on-one assistance.

After the tour is confirmed, we will create a group chat room and add each participant, allowing you to communicate with the tour guide when needed.


My friend and I want to join the same tour but booked separately. We hope to be arranged in the same car.

You can note your friend's booking number on your tour reservation, and we will do our best to arrange for you, but it is not guaranteed. It will depend on the situation of the group.

If there are special requirements, such as the need to leave the group midway, what should I do? 

Please discuss with the tour guide directly, the tour guide will help handle it. 

Can I specify pick-up and drop-off locations?

Since it's group activities, it's unable to change the arranged schedule to fit individual preferences. Thank you for your understanding.

I will be late, what should I do? 

Please call your tour guide directly, inform them about how long it will take for you to reach the meeting point, and follow the guide's instructions to meet up with the group. If you need to catch up with the group at a later itinerary point, you will be responsible for your own transportation costs.

What if I'm unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances? Can I get a refund? 

It will follow our cancellation policy. Within 24 hours before the departure time, regardless of the reason, cancellations or refunds are not possible.

請問可以帶行李上車嗎?

每人可帶一件隨身行李。然而,因車上空間有限,建議您可寄放在住宿處或車站付費寄物櫃。

請問如何聯繫導遊?能不能使用通訊軟體?

敬請下載我們MyProGuide App iOS/Android,成團後便會為參團的人員創建聯繫群組,有事需詢問導遊便可在群組與導遊聯繫。App也有真人客服一對一協助服務。

我們和朋友是一起去,但分開下訂單,希望可以安排在同一車。

若訂單內有備註同行的訂單編號,會協助盡量安排。但無法保證,仍需以該團狀況而定。

若有特殊需求,應如何處理?(例如:有脫隊需求)

請於出發當日告知導遊,如在允許範圍內(不影響團體行程),我們都會盡量協助。

請問我可以指定上/下車地點嗎? 

因團體行動因素,無法配合此個人需求。若有需要,建議聯繫我司更改成私人包團。

如果我會遲到,要怎麼辦?

請直接聯繫導遊,告知約多久可抵達集合點,聽從導遊指示與團體會合。若需至後續行程點會合,路途中之交通費用需自行負擔。

我因故無法參加,怎麼辦,可以退費嗎?

出發時間前24小時內,無論原因皆無法取消或退款。若未在限制時限內,請依訂購平台規定操作。
